Finalize your registration and get checked-in for the week-long transformative workshop and connect with fellow landscaping contractors at the meet-and-greet. Enjoy delicious food and inspiring conversations as you start your journey to landscape business success with us in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

We’ll start the week off right with a focus on motivation and inspiration. Get to know Josh Luck and learn from the triumphs and tribulations of his 16-year journey building Luck Landscaping. Classroom learning covers the evolution of the landscaping industry, basic landscape design principles, as well as sales strategies and systems.

Roundtable discussions during lunch offer additional opportunities to network and learn through other’s experience. We’ll reveal the 100K project we’ll be working on later in the week and round out the day with real-life project tours exploring large-scale, completed Luck Landscaping jobs and dinner.

Day 2 is all about building confidence and courage in evaluating, pricing, and selling profitable, large-scale landscaping projects that your clients rave about. Kick off the day with breakfast and an engaging roundtable Q&A. Next, we transform your thinking about pricing and selling by understanding your true value and worth as a landscape contractor. Through immersive classroom sessions, you’ll master essential sales systems and strategies, unlock your unique selling proposition and develop effective sales scripts you can use to confidently sell high-dollar projects.

We’ll also teach you our proprietary alternative to free estimates that will change how you evaluate projects, educate your clients and set you apart as an industry expert. We’ll wrap up the day by honing your sales skills with mock-sales calls and training sessions so you can test and refine your sales scripts for maximum effect.

Begin your day with breakfast and engaging roundtable discussions to kickstart your learning journey. Dive deep into the landscaping industry and services, reinforcing essential skills that form the backbone of successful projects.

Understand soil types, materials, and best practices to lay the foundation for lucrative 100K projects. Explore value-add elements like integrated irrigation, lighting, and water/fire features. Then, roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in hands-on training in our workshop, mastering skills and techniques in a controlled environment.

Day 4 is where we shift from classroom and workshop training to a real, 100K jobsite! It’s time to tackle and large-scale landscaping project head-on with your team. We’ll start early at Luck Landscaping then caravan to the jobsite for an initial walkthrough and discussion, snacks and coffee will be provided.

Then, it’s time to get to work! You’ll be perfecting all of the skills and techniques learned earlier in the week on a real-life, large-scale landscaping project. After lunch and an engaging project discussion, it’s back to work, honing your skills, observing real client calls and creatively solving problems to ensure project success. We’ll wrap up the day with dinner and discussion.

On Friday, we remain focused on perfecting technical landscaping skills for our 100K project. Beginning at Luck Landscaping with breakfast to-go, we proceed to the jobsite for a walkthrough. The morning is dedicated to project completion, followed by lunch and a project Q+A session.

Afternoon activities involve further project work. In the evening, we meet the customer for education and training, gathering testimonials and insights on building strong client relationships. Finally, we capture memories with photos and conclude the day with dinner at the jobsite.

Saturday is all about brotherhood. We begin with a spiritual/family breakfast, fostering community and connection. Then, we enjoy some fun and self-care at the shooting range. Afterward, we gather for lunch at a high-end restaurant, where we’ll close the event with a final speech, emphasizing brotherhood, community, and ongoing support.
